Whatsapp is now more than a chat application which we known the application for with the new updated Whatsapp version you will be able to share files such as Pdf and more with your Whatsapp contacts. This is one of the major reason a businessman will always want to use this app because of its simplicity and promising features
To share your documents or files you will need to update your Whatsapp Version to the latest version 2.12.493 you can update it from Google play store or here.
Once your Whatsapp is updated click on the attachment icon at the top right corner and select the blue document button and you are good to go
Note this very important features of the new updated Whatsapp.
1. Make sure the person who you are sending the document to also has the latest version
II. If you are trying to share the document to a group, currently, all members of that group need to have the latest version
III. In your chat with the person, click on the clip (money clip) that is in the top right-hand corner of the app
IV. Select ‘Document’. The app will then show you all the PDF documents that you are able to share
V. Attach the document that you want to send. The file limit of 16MB still applies. So if the document is bigger than 16MB you will not be able to send it through WhatsApp
VI. To receive a PDF document there is nothing that you need to do, save for having the latest version and an internet connection with data to download the file
What really remain for Whatsapp is to introduce video calling and everything is ok.
