These people go online, find phone numbers of contact persons of legitimate companies, then call and read the script below word for word.
"CONGRATULATIONS! You have won #500,000. Your number is among the lucky winners of ¤N/N/P/C OILCOMPANY Code No:( M.3) Call MR Henry on 09035445758 for claim."
"CONGRATULATION! YOU HAVE WON #750.000, UR NO: IS AMONG THE 42 LUCKY WINNERS OF 2015 GUINNESS PROMOTION, TICKET NO: (MTN3) CALL DR. ADAMS 08037808192 FOR CLAIMS."
They have now started sending it as text message.
The message and calls have come from the following numbers:

Please is there a way the numbers and operators of these lines can be tracked down and arrested?
Some of them even claim to be calling from the national assembly with respect to building contracts, that I should come down to Abuja immediately. I am tired of these cursed souls.
